Whatever "the healthy dose of idealism" is, I took a few milligrams too much. My pursuit of the ideal means I'm constantly both making and breaking things.

I did my undergrad with a major in Computer Science and minors in Math and Statistics. My first true love is pure math, but my favorite application areas are PKI/key custody, differential privacy/federated learning, bioinformatics, and reinforcement learning. Some of my other favorite things are reading, running, making music, and learning languages.
